About ILE

Our Perspective

Creating better places and building lasting value involves more than design, construction or property ownership alone. It requires the right expertise, effective coordination and informed decisions that consider both immediate needs and long-term outcomes.

The Need for a Broader Perspective

Design, development and property investment decisions are closely connected, yet they are not always considered together. A well-designed project does not automatically deliver a successful long-term outcome, and an increase in a property's nominal value does not necessarily mean that it has preserved its purchasing power. Inflation, currency depreciation and the costs of ownership can all affect an asset's actual performance.

A broader perspective helps bring these considerations together, supporting better-informed decisions about how places are developed and how property assets are managed over time.

Why ILE Was Founded

Founded in 2020, ILE has evolved from architectural design into real estate and asset intelligence. This progression reflects a growing focus not only on creating and developing places, but also on understanding the long-term performance and potential of the assets they represent.

Today, our work brings together these complementary perspectives to support thoughtful development, informed property decisions and lasting value.

Building better places to enable inclusive lives.

THE BEGINNING
2020

Inclusive Life Enterprise (ILE) was founded in 2020, initially focusing on design services. Later that year, the business began expanding into housing and real estate, establishing a second area of focus under the ILE Housing & Real Estate brand.

FROM DESIGN TO PROPERTY
2021

In 2021, ILE Housing & Real Estate conceived its first retail property development initiative, acquiring land with the intention of developing retail halls and shops for rental. The retail halls and shops were subsequently developed and fully rented out in 2025, marking an important step in ILE's journey towards long-term property ownership and development.

BUILDING EXPERIENCE
2020 - 2025

Over the years, ILE has also worked with private clients and schools on a range of projects and development concepts, including resort developments, school projects and private residences. These experiences broadened our understanding of how design, development and property intersect, and of the opportunities that emerge when these disciplines are considered together.

EXPANDING INTO INTELLIGENCE
2025 - 2026

In 2025, ILE began developing the concept for Asset Intelligence, extending its focus towards data-driven analysis and insights to help property owners and investors better understand asset performance and make informed decisions. This initiative culminated in the launch of Asset Performance Monitor (APM) in 2026, completing ILE's evolution into an enterprise with three areas of focus: Design & Project Coordination, Housing & Real Estate, and Asset Intelligence.

HOW WE WORK

We believe that the built environment benefits from collaboration across disciplines. ILE brings together architects, engineers, property professionals, analysts and other specialist experts, assembling the appropriate expertise around the specific requirements of each project, property or assignment.

LOOKING AHEAD

As ILE continues to grow, our scope may evolve, but our direction remains consistent: to combine professional expertise, informed decision-making and long-term thinking to create lasting value and build better places to enable inclusive lives.

We believe that good places and good assets are created through a combination of professional expertise, informed decisions and thoughtful execution.

Our approach is built around four principles:

Integrated thinking

We look beyond individual disciplines and consider how different aspects of a project, property or asset relate to one another.

Informed decisions

We value reliable information, research and analysis as foundations for sound decisions.

Professional expertise & partnership

We respect the knowledge and responsibilities of the different professionals involved and bring the appropriate expertise into each undertaking.

We also work with appropriate, qualified external professionals and specialist partners where particular technical expertise, professional registration or regulatory requirements apply.

This allows ILE to remain focused on the overall objective while bringing the right expertise together for each situation

Long-term value

We consider not only what can be achieved today, but how the decisions we make can contribute to lasting value over time.

ILE is directed by Oluwaseyi Oladimeji, an architect and built-environment professional whose experience spans architecture, project and construction management, real estate development, and asset analysis across West Africa and Europe. Oluwaseyi is a registered member of the Architektenkammer (Chamber of Architects) in Germany.

He began his architectural education in Lagos, Nigeria, before continuing his studies in Germany, where he earned a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Master of Engineering degree in Building Project Management. He later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in England, United Kingdom, bringing together architectural, technical, managerial, and commercial perspectives.

Under Oluwaseyi’s direction, ILE is being developed as an integrated enterprise connecting the built environment with real estate, development, and asset intelligence.

Our aim is to build an organisation that continually develops its capabilities while remaining grounded in professional expertise, informed decision-making, and a long-term perspective.

We believe that the places people live, work and invest in matter.

Through our work across design, development, real estate and intelligence, we seek to contribute to better places, better decisions and greater long-term value.
